Uniformly sized circular patties. Characteristic aroma; free from foreign matter. *Provenzal* (garlic and parsley) flavor. Not pre-fried.

Storage instructions: At -18°C (freezer): 360 days from the date of manufacture.

At -4°C (freezer compartment): 7 days from the date of manufacture.

At 4°C (refrigerator): 3 days from the date of manufacture.

At -18°C (freezer).

Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 4°C for up to 3 days. Do not refreeze.

Griddle/Flat-top grill: Heat the griddle, brush or spray with oil, and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes per side.

Deep-fry/Pan-fry: Heat oil to 170–180°C (ensure enough oil to cover the patties) and fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C; place on a baking sheet brushed or sprayed with oil and cook over high heat for 7 minutes per side. Packaging made of BOPP (glossy finish on the inside, matte finish on the outside), heat-sealed
