Skin pack portion control - <p>DEVESA Portion Control Skinpack combines premium beef with a practical format developed for retail, distribution, online meat sales and foodservice. Selected Ribeye, Striploin, Tenderloin and Rump steaks are individually portioned to approximately 290 g and sealed in skinpack trays, keeping each cut clearly visible while protecting its shape and integrity throughout the supply chain. Chilled and frozen presentations provide consistent portion size, simplify handling, support menu and stock planning, and deliver a ready-to-sell solution with strong shelf appeal. The frozen product, stored at –20°C, offers a shelf life of 12 months, providing reliability for importers, distributors and long-distance markets. Each box contains approximately 36 portions, depending on steak thickness, with an estimated net weight of 13 kg.
