PASTA SPECIFICATION – SHORT CUT PASTA

Our Short Cut Pasta is produced from carefully selected Durum Wheat Semolina and Water, ensuring excellent cooking performance, ideal texture and consistent quality. Made with 87% durum wheat semolina and 13% water, the product offers authentic taste, high durability during cooking and superior product integrity.

The production process is carried out under strict quality control standards. Semolina and water are expertly kneaded into a homogeneous dough, shaped through precision molds and subjected to a carefully controlled two-stage drying process consisting of pre-drying and main drying. After cooling, the pasta is hygienically packed to preserve its freshness and quality.
