Our products are guaranteed free of additives and preservatives. Our foie gras ducks come from a hardy, slow-growing breed, recognizable by their black-and-white plumage. They are fed plant-based products (corn, wheat… all non-GMO) and naturally fattened in pastures on whole-grain corn. This type of production accounts for less than 5% of national production.
