Hard kombucha, genuinely fermented in Kuldīga, Latvia, with sparkling wine yeast.


Brewed with 10% tangerine juice and 1% Japanese yuzu juice for a bright citrus bite, no added sugar and no concentrates. Alc. 4.5% vol., 44 kcal per 100 ml. Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: water, kombucha culture (water, green tea, SCOBY: symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), pear juice, tangerine juice (10%), plant-based fibre (soluble maize fibre, chicory fibre), sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides from stevia), Japanese yuzu juice (1%), yeast: sparkling wine yeast.


Alcohol: 4.5% vol. Energy per 100 ml: 184 kJ / 44 kcal. No added sugar, contains naturally occurring sugars.
