Pesto in sauce is the classic pesto recipe enriched with a sun-dried tomato sauce, while Pesto al Pomodoro has a fresh tomato sauce added to it. These two condiments are the perfect accompaniment to Gran Cucina pasta such as tagliolini or egg tagliatelle. Our red pestos have a very delicate flavour.</p>
