  • Retail format: box containing 2 x 25 g sachets (50 g net) – approximately 10 cocktails or mocktails
  • Professional / foodservice format: 500 g doypack – approximately 100 to 200 cocktails, depending on the concentration and serving size used (1 to 2 oz per cocktail)
  • Shelf life: 18 months
  • Storage: at ambient temperature in a cool, dry place
  • Preparation: in a blender, combine the Sour Mix, water, spirit or alcohol-free alternative, and ice at the same time. For shaker or direct-to-glass preparation, first prepare a base with water and then use the required amount per cocktail/mocktail.
