Detailed description
Born in Montpellier in 1890, this sweet combines the benefits of liquorice with the sweetness of honey. The Greek naturalist Theophrastus already extolled the benefits of this mixture, which he claimed cured ulcers, stopped dry coughs and prevented thirst.
Nowadays, it's a natural sweet made from organic gum arabic from the Senegalese acacia tree, organic sugar, organic liquorice juice and organic honey. It's still very pleasant to eat and a natural soother for sore throats.
