Orange Slices

Dried orange slices in a jar

Orange slices dried at low temperature and packed in a resealable screw-cap jar. The only ingredient is orange: no additives, no preservatives, no added sugar. The oranges are grown in Calabria, southern Italy.

Bartenders use them to garnish cocktails and gin and tonics, pastry chefs and cooks to decorate desserts and plates, and they can be eaten on their own as a snack. The jar closes again after every use, so the slices stay handy behind the bar.
