A non-alcoholic sparkling white made from 100% Chenin Blanc, blending de-alcoholised wine with natural Chenin Blanc grape juice to preserve varietal character and aromatic freshness. Made using traditional winemaking techniques before undergoing a modern de-alcoholisation process that safeguards its natural aromas and flavours, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. A slightly drier style with a clean, elegant finish.
