A non-alcoholic sparkling rosé crafted from a blend of de-alcoholised Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, rounded out with natural Muscat d'Alexandrie grape juice for a touch of aromatic lift. The wine is made using traditional techniques before undergoing a modern de-alcoholisation process that preserves its natural aromas and flavours, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
