Ingredients: green olives, water, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Sizes: 330 g jar (160 g drained), 570 g jar (340 g drained), 1000 g jar (620 g drained), 3.4 kg bucket (2.2 kg drained), 5 kg drained bucket. Case pack: 12 x 330 g; 12 x 570 g; 6 x 1000 g; 1 x 2.2 kg drained; 1 x 5 kg drained. Shelf life: 24 months for jars; 12 months for buckets.
