Technical Characteristics: Premium olive oil produced through the simultaneous co-extraction of fresh Koroneiki olives and fresh lemons or mandarins. The fresh citrus fruits are processed together with the olives during extraction, allowing their natural essential oils and aromatic compounds to be captured directly in the olive oil. No artificial flavourings, extracts, colourings or preservatives are added. The result is a naturally aromatic olive oil with vibrant citrus notes, fresh Mediterranean character and a balanced flavour profile.
