Thanks to the high quality of our product, Inaudi’s porcini are well known and appreciated all over the world. Rare red head porcini, that grow only from mid mountain on, and those with light-coloured head are a very good antipasto or a precious garnish to many dishes and can satisfy even those most hard to please. Autumn small mushrooms, mushroom caps and musk mushrooms: all fleshy and pulpy, they are cooked in the same flavouring liquid and pickled in olive oil. All our mushrooms are available in containers of different sizes for catering lines.</p>
