Our patented MultiCheck is an advanced foreign body detection system that complements conventional inspection technologies by reliably detecting plastic contaminants as small as 3 × 3 mm. MultiCheck improves product safety, reduces the risk of costly product recalls, and helps protect both consumer health and brand reputation. Integrated directly into multihead weighers without requiring any modifications to the production line, MultiCheck enables efficient inspection at the final stage of the production process, immediately before product packaging.
During product distribution within the multihead weigher, MultiCheck captures image sequences of the falling product stream. Using advanced image processing and intelligent inspection algorithms, the system identifies foreign objects based on color contrasts between the product, the background and the contaminant.
Through a user-friendly interface, operators can review all image sequences and detected foreign objects. Detected contaminants are automatically stored in a database, providing enhanced transparency, traceability and documentation.
