Vinification

Following careful grape selection, the fruit undergoes cold maceration to gently enhance aromatic expression while preserving freshness and delicacy.


Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions, allowing the pure varietal character of Malagouzia to remain at the forefront.


Ageing

The wine is kept exclusively in stainless steel tanks, with no oak influence and no extended lees ageing. It is separated from the lees early and regularly throughout its maturation in order to preserve its crystalline clarity, freshness and clean aromatic profile.


Winemaking Philosophy

The aim is to highlight the most delicate and precise expression of Malagouzia. Gentle extraction, stainless steel vinification and careful management away from the lees result in a light, pure and refreshing white wine, defined by finesse, aromatic clarity and vibrant acidity.
