Variety: 100% Cerasuola. Olive grove location: Salemi, Sicily. Trees planted in 1929. Altitude: 300 m above sea level. Growing system: open-centre. Harvest period: second and third decade of October. Harvest method: by hand. Maximum time from harvest to milling: 8 hours, with olives pressed the same day. Mill type: continuous and cold milling. Oil type: unfiltered. Sizes: 0.10 L bottle and 0.50 L bottle. Case pack: 12 x 0.10 L; 6 x 0.50 L. Shelf life: 18 months.
