Grillon Charentais

Charentais Grillon is a pork rillette. We prepare it with a marinade of thyme and garlic, along with salt and pepper. We measure the seasonings by hand to obtain beautiful pieces of meat and achieve a perfect balance between salt and fat.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder and belly* 76%, pork fat* 19%, salt, garlic, thyme, nutmeg, black pepper. *Origin: France.

Made in a facility that also processes: mollusks, crustaceans, fish, eggs, mustard, celery, gluten, sulfites, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and milk.

Before opening, store at room temperature away from light and heat. After opening, store at 4°C and consume within 2 days.
