Blanched and then infused in vinegar and aromatics, our artichokes are then coated in sunflower oil. The result? A perfect contrast between a firm texture to the bite and a sweetness that melts in the mouth, all enriched — in the grilled and "Roman-style" versions — by the aromatic notes of spices such as oregano, chili pepper, and a touch of fresh mint.
