PizzaMi Style Pinsa Base is a partially baked frozen product, 100% Gluten Free, Allergen Free and Vegan, proudly Made in Italy.

Inspired by the traditional Roman-style pinsa, it combines Italian tradition with a modern, inclusive recipe. Made with carefully selected ingredients and extra virgin olive oil, it features the characteristic irregular oval shape, a lightly blistered crust and a soft, light and fragrant texture.

Extremely versatile and easy to prepare, it can be used as the perfect base for gourmet toppings and creative recipes, or served as a delicious alternative to bread, making it ideal for a wide range of consumption occasions.
