PizzaMI Gluten-Free Margherita Pizza is a pre-baked frozen product, free from gluten and lactose. It has been specially developed for people with coeliac disease, but is also ideal for anyone looking for a tasty, high-quality alternative.

Its long natural fermentation and the use of Mediterranean sea water contribute to excellent digestibility while preserving its authentic and distinctive flavour, enhanced by lactose-free mozzarella and 100% Italian tomato.

Available for the Foodservice, Retail and Private Label channels.

For the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, the product is available in an individual flowpack, with or without an aluminium tray.

For the Retail channel, several packaging solutions are available: tray, anti-contamination ovenable flowpack, 100% plastic-free packaging, and pizza box with ovenable flowpack.
