Detailed description
Crafted exclusively from Assyrtiko variety, grown in cool mountain vineyards at 500 metres altitude, in the foothills of Mount Olympus, Naked Queen is a pure expression of both variety and terroir.
Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, its minimalist winemaking, preserves the freshness and purity of the fruit; while allowing Assyrtiko’s distinctive minerality to take centre stage.
Precise and vibrant, with pure citrus aromas and a crystalline mineral character. The palate is taut and beautifully balanced with bright acidity, a refined saline edge and a long, persistent aftertaste.
- Manufactured byPieria Eratini Winery

100% Assyrtiko
Vinification
The grapes are among the last to reach full ripeness in the vineyard, allowing the variety to develop greater aromatic depth and concentration while retaining its distinctive freshness.
Following harvest, the grapes undergo cold maceration to enhance aromatic extraction and preserve the purity of the fruit.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks under controlled low-temperature conditions, helping to retain the wine’s freshness, precision and varietal expression.
Ageing
For the first time, the wine is vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks, with no oak influence. This approach highlights the purity of Assyrtiko, preserving its natural freshness, vibrant character and clean aromatic profile.
Winemaking Philosophy
The emphasis is on expressing Assyrtiko in its purest form. Late-ripening grapes, gentle cold extraction and low-temperature fermentation combine to create a wine of freshness, aromatic clarity and refined structure.
