Aroma: sweet and fruity fragrance of fruit juice, tempered by sweet and sour notes of White Condiment or Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
Flavour: persistent, naturally sweet, natural taste of fruit.
Density: between 1.20 and 1.34.
Ageing: shortly aged.
Ingredients: concentrated must of white grapes, white wine vinegar, fruit juice (10%), flavour of the selected fruit. Contains sulfites.
