Our frozen sour cherries have a Nutri-Score A. They’re naturally low in calories and fat (59 kcal/100 g) and provide vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, potassium, manganese, and dietary fiber. Their deep color comes from natural polyphenols (anthocyanins).
