PASTA SPECIFICATION – SPAGHETTI

Our Spaghetti Pasta is a premium-quality long-cut pasta produced from carefully selected Durum Wheat Semolina and Water. Made with 87% durum wheat semolina and 13% water, the product delivers an authentic wheat taste, firm texture and excellent cooking performance.

Manufactured under controlled production conditions, the semolina and water are thoroughly kneaded into a smooth dough, shaped through precision molds and carefully dried through a two-stage drying process, followed by cooling and hygienic packaging. This controlled process helps preserve the pasta’s quality, texture and consistency from production to consumption.
