EMILIO is the first alcohol-free drink, 100% natural and with no added sugar, crafted with premium grape musts from our lands, pure spring water, and our finest Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.
A lightly sparkling beverage, it is well-balanced with a surprising flavor profile. The name Emilio was chosen as it encapsulates the true soul of Emilia-Romagna, our home region in Italy.
Delicious when enjoyed chilled on its own or over ice, it is highly refreshing and also ideal for children, as it contains no added sugars. Thanks to the perfect balance of its ingredients, its pleasant tannic notes, and a dry, enveloping finish, it is also perfect for creating extraordinary Cocktails and Long Drinks.

Colour: Deep purple with ruby highlights
Aroma: Intense, with citrus and cinchona scents, and notes of red fruits
Flavour: Intriguing and full-bodied taste of grape must and red fruits. Pleasantly sparkling, with a slightly astringent finish and a hint of cinchona.
Ingredients: Water, concentrated red grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), carbon dioxide, flavorings. Contains sulfites.
Storage: Store the product away from direct sunlight. It is best served chilled. Content: 200 ml glass bottle
