Wishes Red is an elegant and beautifully structured dry red wine, bringing together the velvety character of Syrah, the refined tannic backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the distinctive savoury complexity of Greece’s native Xinomavro.
Generous yet balanced on the palate, it unfolds with expressive notes of ripe red fruit, delicate spices and sun-dried tomato, complemented by a refreshing hint of mint. Smooth, harmonious and layered, it leads to a persistent and elegant finish.

Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately, allowing its individual character and aromatic expression to develop fully before the final blending.
Ageing
The wines are matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, with approximately 30% new oak. This carefully balanced ageing regime enhances the wine’s structure, depth and complexity while preserving the purity and freshness of the fruit.
Blending Philosophy
The final blend brings together the savoury complexity and freshness of Xinomavro, the velvety texture of Syrah, and the structure and depth of Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a layered, harmonious and refined red wine.
