Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 18% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), powdered milk, cocoa nibs, glucose syrup, invert sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Produced in a laboratory that uses: nuts, sesame, peanuts, soy and derivatives, gluten.
Shelf life: 8 months from production date.
