COMMON DATES VARIETIES (ALLIG, KHOUAT ALLIG, KENTA) - <p>The Tunisian palm grove has more than 300 varieties of dates. They all have thegeneric name of “common dates Supplier”.</p> <p>But only three of them are the most marketed: Alig, Khouat Alig, Kenta.</p> <p>Allig: It is a mellow date with abundant and tasty flesh</p> <p>Khouat Allig: It is a date characterized by its elongated and fine shape.Its texture, color and taste are similar to those of the Alig variety</p> <p>Kenta: It is a very clear yellowish date, with the characteristic of being early.
