Bella di Cerignola olives are a variety of Italian olives, native to Puglia, known for their slightly bitter, delicate, and balanced flavor.

The semi-finished olives, perfectly intact, after being selected are subjected to appropriate washing. Subsequently, the olives are potted with the addition of brine and, once plugged, are subjected to pasteurization (heat treatment). Lastly they are packaged with a thermopack (made with heat-shrink plastic).
