CASSATA FIORENZA

Cassata Fiorenza, the great Florentine classic since 1936

Three layers of hazelnut crispy wafer wrapped in a coat of dark chocolate. The original recipe from the 1900s that conquered Florence.

In the elegant Florence of the 1930s, a master pastry chef recorded a recipe destined to become legend: the Cassata Fiorenza. Since 1936, this unique dessert has embodied the soul of the city while remaining true to its artisanal essence. Today, only Fiore 1827 preserves and produces the authentic Cassata Fiorenza, wrapping it by hand in the unmistakable blue octagonal package, patented in the same year as the recipe.
