Detailed description
Passato Organic Barolo DOCG is a refined and authentic expression of Nebbiolo, born in the hills of Verduno in the heart of the Barolo wine-growing area. Produced from organically grown grapes, it embodies the philosophy of Passato Organic: creating wines deeply connected to their territory through a pure, rigorous and sustainable approach to viticulture and winemaking.
Elegant and complex, it combines the natural power and structure of Nebbiolo with remarkable finesse. Its long ageing enhances depth and harmony while preserving the distinctive character of the variety, resulting in a full-bodied yet beautifully balanced Barolo with silky tannins and a long, refined finish. A wine that brings together Piedmontese tradition, respect for biodiversity and contemporary organic viticulture.
