Acacia honey is the

most popular honey product on the ex-ternal market. A golden yellow color with a thick or viscous consistency, this type of honey crystallizes very slowly. Poor in Glucose but rich in Fructose, acacia honey is very easily assimilated to the body as a very good source of energy.
