A limited first-harvest extra virgin olive oil created exclusively from carefully selected Athinolia, one of the distinctive varieties of the Malea Peninsula in Laconia, Greece.

Harvested early and handled with precision from fruit to mill, The First Drop is conceived to capture Athinolia at its most vivid: fresh, aromatic, complex and full of character — an expression shaped by the land, the season and the individual groves from which it comes.

This is not a permanent recipe or a volume-driven product. It is a single-harvest, limited release, produced only in the quantity that the quality of each year allows. Every batch will be traced, analysed and documented, revealing its physicochemical, sensory and phenolic profile (including assessment for eligibility under the EU olive-oil polyphenol health claim) — with final laboratory results determining its eligibility for the EU olive-oil polyphenol health claim.
