Salomón Spices to bring its paprika and spices to SIAL Paris 2026
- Salomón Spices will exhibit at SIAL Paris 2026, from 17 to 21 October.
- Over 70 years of history and around 80% export to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Australia.
- Paprika and spices with IFS Food v8 certification and an in-house laboratory.
Murcia, July 2026 — Paprika will once again have a presence of its own at the world's leading food industry event. Salomón Spices, a brand of Manufacturas Salomón S.L., has confirmed its participation in SIAL Paris 2026, to be held from 17 to 21 October at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre, on the outskirts of Paris.
This is no ordinary trade show. SIAL Paris turns thirty and is celebrating in style: the 2026 edition will be the largest in its history, with more than 8,000 exhibitors and an expected 295,000 professionals from all over the world, coming to discover the trends that will shape the future of food. A showcase where companies such as Salomón Spices share the spotlight with the sector's major multinationals.
The Murcia-based company, with more than seven decades of history behind it, produces paprika and spices sourced from across the five continents at its plant in Cabezo de Torres — 16,486 m² of built surface on a 33,953 m² site — where 43 people work with a milling capacity of 2,500 tonnes of paprika and a further 2,500 tonnes of spices per year. Its lines turn out close to ten million packed units and over two million kilos of bulk product every year.
Behind every batch there is an in-house laboratory and a quality system certified to the IFS Food v8 standard, with a score of 94.86%, ensuring full traceability from the reception of raw materials to dispatch. Today, around 80% of Salomón Spices' activity is destined for markets outside Spain: the European Union, the United Kingdom, North Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, North America and Australia.
Its offering is structured around four main families — paprika and capsicum; spices; aromatic herbs and dehydrated vegetables; and seasoning blends and world flavours — complemented by private label and distributor brand formats. Added to this is the development of tailor-made solutions: from reproducing a customer's exact recipe to formulating a new blend from scratch.
Salomón Spices has not yet revealed the details of its presence at SIAL Paris — stand location, product highlights — but has confirmed that it will be unveiling how its participation will take shape over the coming weeks.
