CYPRUS AT SIAL 2026
The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of Cyprus will participate in the 2026 edition of SIAL with 28 companies, spread across two halls, representing the main sectors of the island’s food production.
In Hall 2, Stand K136, visitors will discover a wide range of products including oils, salt, bulgur, dried fruits, fruit juices, coffee and herbal infusions, frozen products and dishes, honey, vegan products and other grocery items.
The Cypriot dairy sector, meanwhile, will be present in Hall 7, Stand F255, featuring Halloumi®, the flagship product of authentic Cypriot gastronomy, which has held Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status since 2021.
Come and taste this cheese, increasingly valued by chefs and foodservice professionals around the world, meet the producers, and discover the many ways to showcase it to your customers.
