Paris award-winning, Malaysian 100% natural infusion tea, Rhymba Hills®, owned by Ladang Sari International Sdn Bhd has been named among the top food and drink producers globally this year, picking up a highly prized 1- star Great Taste award for its Rhymba Hills® Reelax, Rhymba Hills® Reevitalise and Rhymba Hills® Reefresh. This extraordinary recognition serves as a testament to the company's relentless pursuit of perfection, especially after winning AVPA Paris award in 2021. This also shows the company’s unwavering dedication to delivering the finest tea infusion experiences to tea infusion enthusiasts worldwide.

14,195 products were put through the competition’s rigorous blind judging process; and Ladang Sari International Sdn Bhd was dubbed a “…enjoyable verdant aroma on the nose. On the palate, the lemongrass comes through, offering a smoothness and almost sweetness, with an enjoyable green, vegetal flavour. An enjoyable blend that successfully marries the two flavours, offering a gentle and interesting drink…” at the world’s most coveted food and drink awards. 4,088 products were awarded a Great Taste 1-star – ‘food and drink that delivers fantastic flavour’.

Described as “…refreshing and invigorating - a drink to brighten your mood, and give your digestive tract a little boost …”, these range of Rhymba Hills® were a big hit with the Great Taste judges.

Made with 100% natural finest botanical and herbal infusions like Lemongrass, Pandan and Bentong Ginger, all freshly sourced from the Malaysian Peninsular food basin, the Rhymba Hills® Reelax, Rhymba Hills® Reevitalise and Rhymba Hills® Reefresh were among the 5,904 products to receive a Great Taste award in 2023 (which is only 41.6% of the total products entered).

All products in the line-up for judging are blind tasted: every product is removed from its packaging so it cannot be identified, before entering a robust, layered judging process.

This year, judging took place over 89 days in Dorset and London, with a panel of more than 500 judges putting the products to the test. The line-up saw food and drink products submitted from an extraordinary 109 different countries across the world.

Three signature Rhymba Hills® botanical infusions receive international recognition at the prestigious Teas of the World competition

Malaysia / Paris — Rhymba Hills®, a Malaysian brand specialising in premium botanical infusions, received international recognition at the AVPA Paris “Teas of the World” International Contest, with three of its signature blends receiving the Gourmet Award.

The official AVPA 2021 results list all three products under Ladang Sari International Sdn Bhd / Rhymba Hills in the herbal blend category, with each receiving the Gourmet distinction.
