All the bounty of the countryside and the sea in a single space

In Hall 2, at Stand 2R206, the joint exhibition organised by the Valencian Conselleria of Agriculture brings together 48 companies representing the region’s agri-food products of the very highest standard.

Visitors to this stand will discover a range as vast as it is varied, spanning from the freshness of its fruit and vegetables to the distinctive character of its wines, spirits and olive oils. The selection is rounded off with Valencia’s iconic protected designation of origin rice, spices, cheeses, salted fish, tinned goods, honeys, artisan sweets, snacks and a wide range of organic and delicatessen products.

A sensory journey through live cooking

To take the experience beyond a mere trade event, the stand will host cooking demonstrations throughout the fair. Expert chefs from the Dénia and Gandia Tourist Centers will prepare iconic dishes from Valencian cuisine, using ingredients sourced from the producers attending the event.

Visitors will be able to experience the versatility and superior flavour of Valencian produce by sampling the finest paellas, creamy rice dishes and traditional fideuas, amongst other dishes of exceptional gastronomic quality.
