Cannelle Bakery, a Latvian bakery manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience, will participate in SIAL Paris 2026, presenting its range of frozen bakery products, long shelf-life rye bread and organic snacks to international buyers and industry professionals.

With bakery roots dating back to 1973, Cannelle Bakery combines traditional baking expertise with modern production technologies. Today, more than half of the company’s production is exported, with products reaching customers across Europe and international markets.

At SIAL Paris 2026, Cannelle Bakery will highlight a diverse portfolio developed for retail, foodservice, convenience and private-label customers. The range includes frozen savoury and sweet bakery products, traditional Latvian meat pies, curd-based specialities, bagels, breads and rolls, as well as long shelf-life rye bread and KRIPPU organic chickpea crackers.

Among the products presented will be Cannelle Bakery’s Keto Bread, a high-protein and high-fibre bread containing 6.2 g of carbohydrates per 100 g. The company will also showcase its curd-based product range, including curd balls with different fillings, offering opportunities for adaptation to customer and market requirements.

Flexibility is an important part of Cannelle Bakery’s approach. Product sizes, flavours, fillings and packaging formats can be adapted for different markets, while private-label development enables customers to create products tailored to their own brands and consumers.

Cannelle Bakery operates two production facilities in Latvia and holds internationally recognised certifications supporting its quality and export activities, including BRCGS, IFS, Organic and Kosher certification.
