Founded in the 1930s by Austrian descendants of the Koller family, our story began with the production of cachaça on a small property along the banks of the Uruguay River. In 1944, after moving to Erechim, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, we began producing vinegar. The quality of our products earned the market’s trust, and today we are one of the country’s leading brands.
Now in the fourth generation of the family, we continue to honor the traditional methods behind our products while embracing advances in our processes and the industry. We oversee the entire production chain, from raw material manufacturing to bottle blowing, filling, and distribution, supported by our own fleet.
We believe in getting the timing right, paying attention to the details, and ensuring care at every stage of the process.
