Torre de Núñez is a Spanish manufacturer of premium cured meats, combining over 60 years of experience with strong industrial capacity and international reach. Our distinctive Serrano ham proposition is built around three key attributes: Duroc breed (50%), Gran Reserva curing and 25% less salt, a characteristic endorsed by the Spanish Heart Foundation.

We also produce premium sliced products and cured meats made exclusively with fresh meat, including clean-label and naturally smoked specialties.

With three production facilities spanning more than 30,000 m², we manufacture around 600,000 hams, 7.5 million sliced units and 5,000 tonnes of cured meats annually, supplying customers in more than 30 countries with formats tailored to retail, foodservice, distributors and specialist retailers.
