Metgin LTD, founded in 1990 by childhood friends in Nicosia, has grown to become one of the strongest companies in the market with over 200 employees and extensive facilities. Metgin plays a significant role in determining and managing market dynamics. Their product range includes dairy, beverages, cleaning, personal care, snacks, and more, ensuring a diverse sales portfolio.


The name Metgin comes from its founders, Mehmet and Engin, two childhood friends whose entrepreneurial journey began with just 7 pallets of canned peas. What started as a small, determined venture between two schoolmates has grown into a company built on the same values it started with: trust, hard work, and an appetite for growth.


With expertise spanning multiple markets and more than 50 brands, Metgin's story began with little more than an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to build. Over the years, that spirit evolved into something far greater: the experience, capabilities and vision to create something of its own.
