To preserve the natural freshness and quality of its seafood, the company uses chilled seawater maintained at 7°C, along with clean seawater drawn from the offshore waters of the Hallyeohaesang region, throughout its processing operations.

Its signature product, “Taenggeultaeng Oyster Katsu,” is made with carefully selected, high-quality oysters harvested from the pristine waters of Tongyeong.
