PONS is a fourth-generation family business (est. 1945) based in Lleida, Catalonia, dedicated to producing organic extra virgin olive oil and estate-grown wine using a 100% vertically integrated model. With over 350 hectares of our own land, we control the entire supply chain: cultivation, extraction at our own mill, bottling, and distribution. The continental climate, limestone soils, and early harvesting yield oils with high polyphenol content and clean, balanced, herbaceous profiles. Our commitment to biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, and varietal R&D ensures climate resilience and long-term viability. The collection features premium single-varietal oils and blends. Our organic estate wines, marketed under the Clos Pons brand (DO Costers del Segre), round out our portfolio. We have a presence in over 120 countries, including a subsidiary in the USA, and hold EU and USDA organic certifications.
