Artisanal pure fruit spirits from Georgia, made from hand-picked, fully ripened persimmon, feijoa and quince. Each spirit is double distilled in small batches, keeping only the heart, and brought to 42% with purified spring water. No added sugar, flavourings or additives, carrying forward Georgia's centuries-old distilling tradition.
