A carefully selected range of premium rice varieties from origins around the world: Portuguese Carolino, versatile Long Grain, Parboiled, aromatic Basmati and Jasmine, and Carnaroli for risotto. Each variety is chosen for its origin, cooking qualities, taste and texture.
Drawing on over a century of family rice expertise, we combine careful selection with advanced milling technology to preserve the natural taste and nutritional qualities of each grain, batch after batch. All our rice is GMO-free and produced in an IFS Food certified facility.
