We have set out to have complete control of the supply chain: we select the grains, give them time to dry slowly at low temperatures, and watch them become flour. Thanks to artisanal production, we can monitor every single step and certify the product to the end customer.

We want to provide a good and healthy food to all those who have decided to eat carefully, following a balanced diet free from gluten, cholesterol, and harmful simple sugars.
