Our extra virgin olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to preserve its aromas and polyphenol content.
Alongside D.O.P. olive oils and citrus co-milled olive oils, the Opera range also includes ready-made sauces and oil-preserved specialties.
