The brand offers high-performance freeze-dryers designed for both home users and professionals, enabling food to be stored for longer whilst maintaining its quality. Its range includes several models to suit different needs: from machines designed for mass production in the food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, capable of processing between 50 and several hundred kilos per cycle with perfect consistency, right through to more compact units such as the Harvest Right MEDIUM freeze-dryer, ideal for home users and professionals, or the Harvest Right Large Home model, which allows food to be preserved for up to 25 years whilst retaining nearly 95 per cent of its nutrients.
