Description :
La Grana produces organic cereal and pulse flours and semolinas, traditionally stone-ground. Flours containing gluten and certified gluten-free flours suitable for people with coeliac disease are produced separately.
The company also markets more than 500 products in a wide range of formats: small packs from 500 g to 1 kg, medium-sized packs of 3 or 5 kg, and bulk formats from 10 to 25 kg.
La Grana’s organic flours are certified under ES-ECO-019-CT. This organic certification guarantees that no synthetic pesticides or fertilisers are used, that the seeds are not genetically modified and that no chemical additives are added to the products.
Located in Moià, near Barcelona, La Grana has more than 30 years of experience in the sector.
